Refundable Cancellation Policy

The buying decision is irreversible once taken. Due to the nature and format of the data delivered, the company does not allow returns after report delivery. Although no returns or refunds are allowed, Research Informatic agrees to look at the case only under extraordinary circumstances. Following an examination of the case, Research Informatic management has the authority to determine whether to issue a refund or return.
